What the role entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Technical Account Manager will be:
- Experienced individual contributor who requires minimal supervision.
- Developing and managing the direction of integrations and technical account projects by interacting with the customer and understanding their needs.
- Assisting the clients with their queries, troubleshooting their issues, and guiding them through the integration and game launch process.
- Attending calls and meetings as required according to the client's needs.
- Consulting and coordinating with operational, compliance, development and product personnel to clarify intent, identify matters, and suggest a course for the client and the product.
- Develops, plans, defines and manages the scope of the projects until completion.
- Upholding the quality of the process in question such that it meets or even exceeds various quality parameters set.
- Works closely with sales and account management teams to win new business and increase sales to existing customers.
- Making sure that there is continuous communication, both horizontally and vertically.
- Contributing to the team repository, internal documentation, test cases, external documentation and education.
What we ask of you:
- Experience in administration and coordination of projects and tasks.
- Customer service orientated.
- At least 3 years’ experience in integration and technical project management.
- Good understanding of the technology behind APIs.
- Understanding API testing together with analysing technical requirements and issues.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, OpenSearch and POSTMAN.
- Basic knowledge about development and release cycles.
- Communicative, structured, analytical and organised.
- Driven, determined and able to take initiative.
- Work independently as well as in teams.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferences:
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Knowledge of SOAP UI and JSON.
- Having previous experience in the online gaming industry and understanding markets will be considered an asset.
