KEY MISSION OBJECTIVES

• Project management: writing the roadmap, organizing and leading daily ceremonies, project management 
• End-to-end ownership of the solutions under his responsibility: monitoring compliance with product roadmaps, collaboration with business teams, backlog prioritization, definition of user stories & acceptance criteria, budget management, functional acceptance testing
• Cross-functional management with IT teams and other stakeholders to manage issues from start to finish: security, infrastructure, support, testing. Part of which is offshore.
• Collecting functional needs from business teams, functional specification, testing, design & implementation of solution.

YOUR PROFILE

Required skills:

• Fine & complete understanding of business needs
• Framing, Implementation, Planning and Management of IT Project/Product
• Sense of ownership, pragmatic & solution-oriented person, proactivity
• Ability to quickly analyze and understand a context
• Spirit of synthesis
• Functional management
• Stakeholder management, at all levels of the company
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of a company's invoicing and collection processes
• Knowledge of the water industry and/or IT billing solutions is a real plus

Experience required:

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing IT projects/products
• IT project & product management
• Design & integration of IT solutions in the field of invoicing
• Technical knowledge & global architecture of IT solutions
