We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with prompt and professional handling of questions and concerns
• Perform data entry and use software programs efficiently.
• Handle back-office activities to support customer needs and streamline operations
• Familiarity with OS MS Windows
• Ability to use Internet applications
• Usage of MS Office
