Production Management Team Lead

Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be: 

• Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):
• Games roadmap planning
• Resource planning
• Translations
• Certifications
• Release management
• Game Components
• Tools
• Outsourcing game production
• Special Projects
• Collaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and / or lead to improvements in Game Production
• Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advice on potential process improvements
• Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.
• Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the department

Bonus points if you have:

• Significant I-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.
• Significant experience in using Jira and / or other project management tools.
• Solid understanding of the latest tech and production trends, especially in igaming
