Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will project-manage our clients' multichannel campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance retention and customer satisfaction.
As this role involves working as a freelancer, you should have your own company and invoice us accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and campaigns that balance the needs of the customer with Brightvision's objectives, whilst monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering an unrivalled CX.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts.
- Plan and deliver profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Create, amend, and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
- Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
- Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
