Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, Poland, or the Philippines.

What the role entails 

Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be: 

• • Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):
    • Games roadmap planning
    • Resource planning
    • Translations
    • Certifications
    • Release management
    • Game Components
    • Tools
    • Outsourcing game production
    • Special Projects
      
  • Collaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and / or lead to improvements in Game Production
  • Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advice on potential process improvements
  • Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.
  • Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the department

• Highly organized, experienced in managing a team working on complex projects with tight deadlines
• A great mentor, communicator and motivator
• Have a yes-can-do attitude, you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Have abundance of engaging leadership.
• Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the I-gaming sector.
• Have an engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Have excellent team work skills and ability to adapt.
• Fluent in English

Bonus points if you have:

• Significant I-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.
• Significant experience in using Jira and / or other project management tools.
• Solid understanding of the latest tech and production trends, especially in igaming
