Project Overview
This exciting project will run until at least 2026, giving you the chance to work on a high-impact, embedded C++ application for driver monitoring systems. Located in Kraków, this role requires hybrid model of work to collaborate with a team of talented engineers committed to delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize C++ applications for advanced driver monitoring and cabin comfort features
• Adhere to structured software development processes, utilizing CI/CD and Automotive SPICE standards
• Work in a collaborative environment with multi-regional and multi-site teams
• Document technical specifications and maintain code through tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GIT
• Contribute to distributed software architectures, ensuring safety and reliability

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems programming
• Familiarity with software engineering tools and technical documentation practices
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have Skills

• experience in software development, including C and Python
• knowledge of Agile development environments
• Experience with structured development processes (CI/CD, Automotive SPICE)
• Background in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, and GIT
• Experience with distributed software architectures and multi-site development

Technical Environment
The role focuses on embedded applications using C++ as the primary programming language, supported by Python. You’ll leverage the standard C++ toolchain to build and refine critical applications for driver and cabin monitoring systems.
