What the role entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be:
- Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):
- Games roadmap planning
- Resource planning
- Translations
- Certifications
- Release management
- Game Components
- Tools
- Outsourcing game production
- Special Projects
- Collaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and / or lead to improvements in Game Production
- Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advice on potential process improvements
- Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.
- Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the department
- Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):
What we ask of you
- Highly organized, experienced in managing a team working on complex projects with tight deadlines
- A great mentor, communicator and motivator
- Have a yes-can-do attitude, you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Have abundance of engaging leadership.
- Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the I-gaming sector.
- Have an engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent team work skills and ability to adapt.
- Fluent in English
Bonus points if you have:
- Significant I-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.
- Significant experience in using Jira and / or other project management tools.
- Solid understanding of the latest tech and production trends, especially in igaming
