Production Specialist (6 months fixed-term)

Swappie is the no. 1 online destination for buying and selling refurbished smartphones in Europe. To give us a hand during the peak season, we are looking for

PRODUCTION SPECIALISTS

to join us temporarily for ~6 months, until May 31st 2025.

In this role, you will work at our Operations site in Tallinn. You will receive training on the spot and don’t need any specific experience -  just attention to detail and willingness to get things done!  Swappie operations is represented by an amazing team of diverse people from different backgrounds and our priority is to make sure that each and every employee feels welcome and included at their workplace - hope you want to cherish this wonderful inclusive community of our's.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Activating, diagnosing & grading all the incoming iPhones (Inbound).
• Repairing faulty iPhones and their parts, such as screen, battery, ear speaker replacements, etc (Repair).
• Unboxing parcels, diagnosing and handling returned iPhones (Warranty)

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU

• Have a strong desire to work in a big team and a passion for learning new skills.
• Have an interest in sustainability and technology.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Experience in iPhone repair or similar tasks is considered to be a plus, but not a must-have.
• Have a TRP that allows you work full-time and the whole x months
• Are able to work in rotating shifts Mon-Fri (see exact schedule below)

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Working time: 40hrs/week
• Shifts Mon-Fri: Morning shift 6:00-14:00 & evening shift 14:00-22:00. Your working time will rotate from week to week (1st week morning shift, 2nd week evening shift etc.).
• Salary: 7,35€/hour
• Starting date: Weeks 48 & 49
