Due to growth and Expansion we are seeking a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of support workers in delivering exceptional services across Mid West Cornwall.
About the Role:
As an Area Manager, you will oversee all aspects of team management and quality assurance, ensuring our high standards of care are maintained. Your leadership will enable our customers to live independently in their homes with tailored support that meets their individual needs.
This role is a mixture of office duties and community based work, supporting your team out in the field. You will also be required to form part of our on-call Rota.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a care setting
- Background in managing and mentoring teams
- Experience in managing rotas and ensuring quality service delivery
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent English communication skills
