Use of root cause analysis tools to eliminate root causes for critical failures (GIS) and chronic failures complying with the elements of accountability (clear expectations of the team, clear metrics, cadence in the follow-up and mentoring of the collaborators). Support in the administration of the preventive system of the area, notifying the AMG of the necessary interventions for the execution of activities and feedback on areas of opportunity in the execution of preventive and anomalies found during the operation.
