Responsibilities

Reporting to the team manager, their main tasks include the following:

  • Handling inbound customer calls
  • Actively listening to customers
  • Identifying their needs, analyzing requests, and providing appropriate guidance
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service quality
  • Ensuring both quantitative and qualitative project objectives are met

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Dutch or Flemish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English (C1)
  • Strong reasoning and argumentation skills
  • Commercially driven mindset
  • Strong listening abilities
  • Empathy is a must
  • Previous experience in telemarketing (inbound calls) is preferred.
