What is the objective of the AR Specialist position?
The person we are looking for will join the Pikolinos team in the Miami office and will be responsible for managing the recovery of creations in the American market. It is essential that you currently reside in Miami.
And for this, the main functions of your day to day are going to be:
💳 Management of manual credit memos from the USA online store.
🛒Consolidation of UPS claims.
🛍️ Management of penalties by VIP Customers USA.
🤷♀️Manage special and specific requirements for VIP USA customers
👩💻Support in office administrative tasks, review of mail, invoices, and supervise the purchase of consumables in the office.

☝️You live in Miami.
🚀You have experience in a similar position.
😊You can have a written and oral conversation fluently in English and Spanish.
☝️Well organized, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
💻Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word and excel).
