About the Team:

As part of the client’s Global Talent Sourcing Intelligence division, the Talent Sourcing Team plays a crucial role in attracting top talent to fuel ongoing growth. This team is dedicated to lead generation, market insights, and promoting diversity within the talent pipeline. Your expertise will contribute to building a powerful team that reflects the client’s values and drives their success.

Your Role as a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner:

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work alongside leadership to understand technical positions and recruitment needs, designing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to create innovative sourcing approaches for technical roles, utilizing platforms like Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Leverage Market Insights: Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Insights, SeekOut, and Talent Neuron to compile market data, enhancing hiring strategies and decision-making.
  • Craft Compelling Outreach: Compose engaging messages that highlight the unique technical challenges and vibrant culture at the client’s organization, attracting highly skilled candidates.
  • Screen and Qualify Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens with candidates, particularly for engineering roles, capturing detailed insights that support informed hiring decisions.
  • Champion Company Values: Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring each candidate aligns with the core values that define the client’s workplace.
  • Maintain Candidate Pipelines: Keep detailed, real-time records of talent pipelines for each role, supporting streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Analyze and Report: Provide regular reports on outreach success, response rates, and overall sourcing metrics, supporting data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in Talent Branding: Participate in activities that strengthen the client’s brand as an employer of choice, showcasing their commitment to culture, diversity, and sustainability.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, particularly within technical and engineering domains.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) and familiarity with market intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging.
  • Experience in conducting technical candidate assessments and accurately communicating qualifications.
  • Analytical mindset with a record of tracking and reporting sourcing metrics.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity and creating an engaging candidate experience.
