Do you have a passion for quality control and precision in manufacturing processes? If you're seeking a role where you can lead metrology, innovate, and optimize processes, we are looking for a Metrology Coordinator to join Draxton in Lleida and contribute to the success of our projects.
In this role, you will:
🎯 Main responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the metrology team, assigning workloads based on project demands and Engineering priorities.
- Ensure optimal condition and calibration of metrology equipment, updating the MSA across various measurement and analysis processes.
- Collaborate on the development of new projects in Engineering, Production, and Quality, and participate in internal and external process/product audits.
- Drive continuous improvement within the metrology department and in coordination with Engineering.
💡 To be the ideal candidate, you’ll need:
- A technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in management software and metrology techniques (technical drawing, CNC, contactless measurement).
- Knowledge of foundry processes and client specifications, along with skills in team management and spatial awareness.
