What you’ll do:

Aling and follow up new launch assigned to MXAG. Lead multidisciplinary team to complete AS100 activities on time from TG0 to TG4, LPE is responsible to ensure the manufacturing process meet specific product requirement. Launch new process and technologies / Coordinate activities for production new line launch and align all materials and personal resources for line process capacity. -Meeting on time MRD for TG -On time scalation -PWA task on time -Describe what success looks like in the position -Autonomous, self-motivated person, and proactive 1. Participate on Project CFT from TG0 to TG4. 2. Generate PFMEA and Process Flow Diagram. 3. Line Balancing. 4. Production Line creation on PLM. 5. Assist and participate on design revision per AS130, (DR1, DR2, DR3) 6. Active participation on AS403 revisions. 7. Review and approval for manufacturing part numbers. 8. Participate and validate production manufacturing lines MBO1 and MBO2. 9. Ensure physically components for equipment and tooling validation. 10. Coordinate prototype run, DV, PV, run at rate and customer events. 11. Create and release initial documentation for value stream. 12. Ensure line and equipment installation. 13. Fill Customer capacity demonstration sheet. 14. Transfer Project to Production Process Eng. during phase 4. 15. Lead PFMEA Go, See Fix event per AS106.

What is required:

Process or Industrial engineering degree. 2 years minimum in Process Experience in PFEMA. Industrial engineering knowledge. English.
