What you’ll do:

Supervise the Kaizen Workshop Team - Follow and promote kaizen suggestions at site level - Facilitate continuous improvement activities. - Lean Manufacturing deployment activities - Support plant activities and grow people - Concept and designs improvements - 2D 3D Design - People Management. A Kaizen Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of results at the site level according to production and support areas in the plant. Compliance of Kaizen Suggestions System required according to plant site needs. Workshops by quarter required by divisional plan. Improved profitability through the elimination of waste. Decrease lead-time through value stream analysis and flow optimization. SQDCM key player - Follow-up on kaizen suggestion system in all departments - Propose continuous improvement ideas - Definition and standardization of production lines - Drives continuous improvement activities in production and non-production areas through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and processes. - Provide administrative tasks, as required - Organize and conduct workshops in all departments - Follow-up on 5S in all departments - Ensure site/ area metrics are updated and accurately reported as necessary - Assist in Autoliv Production System Standards compliance - Monitor and support the APS roadmap and continuous improvement of the process to achieve KPIs - Support Target Conditions throughout site - Cost and savings analysis.

What is required:

Industrial Engineering , mechanical Engineer  3 - 5 years minimum:  Mechanical Experience use CNC Equiment - Industrial Engineering - Continuous Improvement - Process Engineering
