Care Assistant - Medway & Swale

Bluebird Care Medway has an exciting opportunity for live in carers to join our expanding team.

Please note that we do not have a licence for employing workers requiring visa sponsorship therefore we do not accept applications within this category.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for full time live in carers, the carer will be given their own bedroom within our client’s home, and all meals will be provided or a food allowance of £40 will be given. The package is to support an individual to remain in their own home.

You will be supporting our clients with cooking, light housework, going to the toilet, bathing, safely moving around the home, and administering medication etc, if the client is unable to do this independently.

You must have:

The right to work in the UK is a must, a driver is preferable, but not necessary.

A very good level of English (written and spoken).

A caring nature and desire to make a difference to someone’s life.

Previous experience working in care is essential.

This is not a self-employed role the successful applicants will be employed by Bluebird care Medway.
