AI Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a business analyst and project lead to drive AI-focused initiatives. The role will involve working on projects such as:

• Call Center: Transforming calls into text to analyze and gain insights into customer inquiries.
• Chatbot Development: Enhancing and enriching existing chatbots with generative AI.
• Data Insights: Using tools like Copilot and PowerBI to extract insights from available data.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and define business needs and align project implementations with the AI Competence Center.
• Lead the setup of Proof of Concepts and production deployments, collaborating with team members and the AI Competence Center.
• Define validation criteria and oversee testing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on business analysis.
• Strong expertise and hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Ability to coach and train team members on AI tools and capabilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Familiarity with Copilot is a plus.

Language Skills

• Fluent in Dutch or French, with proficiency in the other.
• Fluent in English.
