Our company is seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to oversee our talent acquisition strategy. The Director of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent to support the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition managers to meet the hiring needs of EMEA contact centers.
- Gain a deep understanding of each business unit’s key objectives and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the company.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies that enhance business performance.
- Oversee specialists to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track and report progress on goals and projects.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex Talent Acquisition issues.
- Participate in task forces focused on human resources and people initiatives across the company.
- Work closely with corporate teams, like Learning Development and Operations, to drive organizational success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in leading large Talent Acquisition teams, with a focus on high-volume, multilingual recruitment, ideally within a BPO environment.
- Experience managing recruitment efforts in EMEA regions, including the UK, Greece, Poland, Egypt, South Africa, Bulgaria, and Rwanda.
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and HR disciplines, such as marketing, talent assessment, compensation, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR systems, compensation structures, and statistical analysis.
- Strong influencing skills, capable of working effectively with leaders and team members with diverse perspectives.
- Ability to build trust with Director-level management and higher.
- Metrics-driven, with a focus on tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting needs specific to the contact center industry.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Certification in process improvement (white belt or higher) and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
