Stock Management Officer

ISS International S.p.A. ricerca uno Stock Management Officer per un impianto industriale in Basilicata.

Attività:

• Provide technical expertise in areas of specification, inspection, storage and disposal of materials and equipment and provide effective support
• Provide for the creation, modification and deletion of stock items and manufacturers. Ensure the creation and maintenance of materials master data to all operational requirements and ensure integrity of information entered in SAP by controlling descriptions and modifications
• Ensure the integrity of the information uploaded to SAP by checking the descriptions of the materials and data extracted from SAP and preparing the appropriate changes.
• Ensure the correct preparation and execution of the physical and SAP delivery project of the Spare Parts (preparation via excel file of the pre receipt reports and the files to be uploaded to SAP.
• Ensure the correct management, reordering and optimization of materials in the warehouse through the implementation of reordering logic (MRP).
• Ensure the correct population of the SAP MM/ UNISOL module and the management of specific movements.
• Participate to the preparation of the stock reporting.
• Help, coordinate, and control other materials related works such as sale (auctions), loan/borrow, transfer of quantities and purchase orders, making sure that all materials related works are in accordance with existing company policies and procedures.
• Participate to the performance and control of material analysis, requisition of materials and materials management strategies
• Ensure consistency between SAP and physical materials by reporting physical Inventories and participating in annual materials counts in cooperation with Warehouse Entity.
• Participate to the achievement and the control of the Company physical inventory process:
• Participate in writing of materials management procedures and audit their implementation
• Resolution of discrepancy when required from the Logistic entity
• Ensure correct preservation of the material on stock
• Help solve discrepancies when asked by LSO entity
• Identify and participate in all enhancement actions for materials management, with the operational entities’ owner of the materials, in particular:
• Identify yearly minimum, maximum, safety materials levels and useless materials (obsolete, surplus and damaged)
• Review and optimize materials replenishment parameters, according to consumption history, as well as material critical updates and management of the materials catalogue

Requisiti:

• Master degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of storekeeping/warehousing, inventory and material management processes, material specification, certification and verification processes
• Knowledge of drilling and/or Maintenance materials and processes preferred
• Knowledge and understanding pod Materials Management (MM) and Reporting (BW) modules of SAP R/3 ERP /UNISOL system
• Perfect knowing of Office pack, Excel and other tools.
• Good knowledge of English Language
