Join Our Team as an Account Development Representative with German Skills - Work Remote in Ireland!
We are seeking a results-driven Account Development Representative to join our expanding team. Work remotely in Ireland and use your German language skills to drive client success and satisfaction. As an Account Development Representative, you will be central in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives, while fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and close revenue within your assigned accounts.
- Educate clients on the benefits of work management platforms.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to increase platform usage across new teams and departments.
- Conduct outreach through calls and emails to manage and grow external customer relationships while providing ongoing account support.
- Collaborate with existing clients to boost brand awareness and drive increased usage and spending with the brand.
- Stay current on product knowledge using client-provided and self-guided training resources.
- Analyze data to manage, review, and report on your sales pipeline weekly, including forecasts and plans to meet targets.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Log all customer interactions and engagements in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external client counterparts.
- Lead regular performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, yearly) with internal peers and leadership.
- Utilize data to support internal planning and success.
- Provide insights on customer sentiment, product feedback, and key industry trends, both internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in German at C1 level (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong time management and organizational skills for project management.
- 1-2 years of experience in account development or sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience in setting and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptable, coachable, and able to think strategically.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and implement strategic plans (preferred).
- Experience in sales or technology, and familiarity with sales platforms is a plus.
