Product Director (Mandarin-Speaking)

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the credit product department in Mexico, focusing on organizational development, process creation, and personnel training.
• Fully responsible for the design, development, and strategic planning of credit products in Mexico, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
• Manage product feature iterations, define project requirements, and facilitate communication between departments such as development, testing, and project management to ensure successful product functionality.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for the app, enhancing overall user activity and loyalty.
• Conduct deep market analysis, identify user needs, and develop product strategies to increase metrics like daily transaction volume, user engagement, and retention.
• Lead industry research, competitive analysis, and data reporting to inform product innovation and trend analysis for the Mexican market.
• Lead the product team, ensuring continuous improvement of the company’s product capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and performance.
• Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory changes, producing detailed reports to guide the product team’s strategies and innovations.
