Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are operational and effective.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
• Document and report any unusual events or security incidents.
• Maintain and update system documentation regularly.
• Train and guide end-users on IT systems, software, and applications.
• Participate in IT projects focused on improving system performance, efficiency, and business productivity.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Active Directory (AD), Entra, Intune, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and FortiGate.
• Strong familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
• Solid understanding of network security practices and antivirus software.
• Proficiency with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
