Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Trading Infrastructure MT4/MT5 Systems Support Specialist to join our team. In this key technical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our trading systems, with a focus on MT4/MT5 platforms. You will work closely with traders, developers, and IT staff to ensure smooth operation and efficient problem resolution, enhancing our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring trading infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the setup, administration, and maintenance of MT4 and MT5 servers.
• Help manage bridge quoting, trading monitoring, and create FIX connectors.
• Participate in the integration of liquidity providers and scale execution for trading instruments.
• Assist in creating bridge trading accounts, managing replication accounts, and routing orders.
• Test and integrate plugins, and manage MAM licensing.
• Support the implementation and testing of gateways.
• Provide technical support for client-related issues.
• Report any unusual events or incidents to the ETP Director.
• Continuously monitor price feeds to maintain system uptime.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms and proven experience in monitoring and troubleshooting trading systems.
• Problem-Solving Adaptability: Ability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle rotating shifts effectively.
• Communication: Strong command of English with excellent skills in correspondence and reporting.
• Teamwork Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in monitoring price feeds and systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets and trading instruments is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT is required, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
