Country Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our company as a Chinese-Speaking Country Manager. This pivotal role is designed for a passionate professional aimed at expanding our business presence, managing local operations, and enhancing brand recognition in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, targeting the successful sales of products in the Dubai market.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing channel partners, strengthening customer connections and optimizing the channel structure. Expand new channels when required.
• Manage direct sales to key accounts and identify new customer opportunities through various channels in the region.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to support strategic business decisions and keep the company informed on market trends.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (C1/C2 level) to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment.
• Strong passion for international sales, combined with excellent execution skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are crucial.
• Prior experience in Security or Smart Building Industries is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of foreign trade documentation, international trade policies, and conventions is essential.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing market.
