Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of financial management experience.
• Native level of Chinese.
• Extensive background in the express delivery industry.
• Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial operations effectively.
• Expertise in overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and capital management.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities to lead the finance department and ensure operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial performance, providing strategic recommendations, and improving business profitability.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
• English proficiency preferred, but not mandatory.
