The role of an Insurance Advisor is both dynamic and flexible, providing a chance to help clients manage their unique insurance needs and secure their current and future lifestyles through personalized risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assess clients' insurance needs through detailed consultations and risk assessments.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions and expert advice on various products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, policy amendments, and industry regulations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client inquiries and claims promptly, ensuring effective resolution in line with company policies.
  • Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and premiums to ensure transparency and understanding.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, lead generation, and client follow-ups.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Native fluency in Greek and a good command of English.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Success-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Already possessing an active self-employment entity or willingness to set-up an entity for the purposes of employment 
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is desirable.
• Local to Athens or willingness to relocate.
