Senior Accountant - FX Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the FX Industry. As a crucial member of our accounting department, you will take on a significant role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Your expertise will support our organisation's financial health and integrity while allowing you to engage in a challenging and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with auditors for annual audits
• Handle VAT calculations and submissions
• Process payroll and assist with budget preparation
• Oversee month- and year-end closings
• Review junior accountants' entries, provide mentorship
• Handle ad hoc duties as requested by CFO

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• ACA/ACCA/CPA certified
• 4+ years of experience in accounting (FX industry required)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong English, organizational, and reporting abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and coach others
