Position Overview:
We are seeking a midlevel associate with three to six years of experience to join our structured transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. While experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on sophisticated transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex finance transactions
- Advise clients on corporate and financial matters related to structured transactions
- Draft and review agreements, legal opinions, and transaction documents
- Collaborate with other legal teams to manage the legal aspects of structured finance projects
- Support clients in navigating regulatory and compliance issues related to transactions
Skills and Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and/or finance transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
