Tax Accountant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Tax Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms. Newly promoted Senior Tax Accountants will also be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax regulations and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely filings of all tax-related documents.
• Stay informed about tax laws and updates, incorporating changes into tax strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms.
• CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.
• Must be located within a 1-hour commute to Glendale, CA.
• All submissions must include the types of returns the candidate is familiar with.
