Key Responsibilities

• Lead Client Projects: Manage complex tax projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and Review: Provide guidance to associates and seniors, review their work, and offer constructive feedback.
• Budget Management: Assist in setting and managing project budgets, communicating any potential concerns to partners.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to offer comprehensive services to clients.
• Continuous Learning: Commit to professional development with at least 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE).

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Proficiency in technology experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
