Position Overview:

Responsibilities

• Sell recycling equipment, including balers, shredders, and vehicle depollution technology.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recycling or related industries.
• Strong business analysis skills to understand market trends and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage and grow accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
