Quality Assurance Specialist with Foreign Languages

Position Overview:

Join our innovative team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to communicate fluently in at least two foreign languages in addition to English. As a vital part of our Quality Assurance (QA) team, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and conformity, playing a crucial role in maintaining our industry reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess the quality of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, adherence to guidelines, and compliance with platform policies.
• Review and verify sales presentations, materials, and strategies to maintain consistency and best practices.
• Identify gaps, errors, or improvement areas within campaign processes and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI) to achieve KPIs and suggest optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and client success teams to deliver top-notch service.
• Conduct audits on B2B sales processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on QA findings, recommending corrective actions for ongoing improvement.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge and advertising skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in either Czech/ German/ Hungarian/ Polish/ Romanian/ Russian/ Slovak (C1) and English (B2)
• 1+ years of QA experience, ideally in online advertising or digital marketing (B2B/B2C experience preferred)
• Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation skills to identify trends
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with QA tools or CRM systems
• Motivated, goal-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
