Recruitment Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Recruitment Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of recruitment specialists, driving the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support a team of recruiters by setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing feedback
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely and effective selection and onboarding of quality candidates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Leverage data insights to monitor, evaluate, and enhance recruitment metrics and strategies
• Optimize sourcing approaches across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and local labor laws
• Strengthen employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and trend updates to senior leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, especially in the BPO sector
• Proficiency in spoken and written English fluency in German and Polish is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-focused mindset
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
