Since its inception in 2014, Raizers has cultivated a community exceeding 50,000 members, raising a substantial €400 million across more than 400 meticulously curated deals by its expert analysts, yielding an impressive average of 10%.

Obtaining accreditation from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers in France in 2014 marked the beginning of Raizers' expansion journey, extending its reach to Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Further fortifying its position, since 2023, Raizers operates under the regulatory umbrella as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider, broadening its footprint into Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

In pursuit of fostering its presence in Portugal, Raizers seeks a dedicated financial analyst, locally positioned to drive its mission forward. Reporting directly to the Investment Managers, this role entails: 

• Comprehensive analysis of property investment opportunities, encompassing various facets such as development transactions, flipping operations, and asset portage. 
• Orchestrate the management of deal flow and cultivate relationships with operators seeking financing, from contract inception to fundraising initiation.
• Preparation of requisite legal and commercial documentation, presentation of investment dossiers, monitoring of shareholdings, and active participation in investment committees.

The ideal candidate possesses prior experience (2-3 years) as an analyst or real estate expert, preferably within a valuation firm, bank, or property development setting. Proficiency in the real estate sector coupled with robust legal acumen forms the foundation for success in this role. Key attributes sought include meticulousness, autonomy, organizational prowess, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in Portuguese and English/French is imperative, with proficiency in an additional language considered advantageous.

Full-Remote position in Lisbon or Porto.
