Automotive Service Advisor

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our customers regarding their vehicle service needs. You will work closely with our customers to understand their concerns, provide accurate estimates, and ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's symptoms
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and obtain    customer approval
• Generate accurate service estimates and invoices
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process 
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in computer software and automotive service programs
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
