HR Analyst, Shared Services

HR Analyst 

What you’ll do:

• Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience, Data Analytics. Knowledge in Dayforce, workforce and TRESS is desired. 

• Spanish English 70% (Intermediate)
