Job Description:

We are seeking a Platform Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in platform development, who is passionate about developing secure, reliable, and innovative platform solutions that contribute to a safer society. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our platforms used across airborne, ground-based, and naval radar systems, electronic warfare (EW) products, and combat command support systems.

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional Agile team alongside committed and ambitious colleagues to design, develop, and maintain platform solutions, with a focus on security-critical and proven systems. Your work will be instrumental in supporting today's needs and future requirements for advanced defense and security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain platform solutions for defense and security-critical systems. Contribute to software requirements management and roadmap refinement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure platform quality and future features. Ensure compliance with IT security protocols in platform development. Participate in the continuous improvement of platform design and architecture. Maintain platforms currently in operation, and provide support for existing and new solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in platform development or relevant experience. Technical engineering education or equivalent work experience. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning. Experience in Linux (RHEL/Debian) and open-source software. Understanding of IT security, platform design, and software requirements management. Hands-on experience with platform development in operational settings, ideally within the defense or security sector.
