Senior/ Lead Product Manager - BitLife

As a Senior/Lead Product Manager to join our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our flagship mobile game, BitLife. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.

Your tasks

  • Strategize, help prioritize and execute the product roadmap for BitLife, focusing on enhancing user engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Lead product review to track game health, analyze feature performance and review prioritized backlog
  • Write clear and actionable product specifications, and effectively communicate ideas to the team for implementation
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on data analysis, player feedback, market trends, and business objectives
  • Work closely with game designers, UX/UI experts, QA, and engineers to conceptualize and implement new features and enhancements
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of gameplay changes on player behavior and monetization
  • Analyze key metrics and user data to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and player satisfaction
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding player behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our products

Your backstory

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management or similar role in free-to-play mobile games
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and familiarity with app store ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and delivering successful mobile products
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Google Data Studio, Looker
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
