Your missions

 This role is integral to our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management while providing essential support to our local HR team.

As Junior Office Manager/Receptionist, you will :

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Assist with various HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities.Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed.Support administrative functions and special projects as assigned.

Your ideal profile

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, and will bring energy, versatility, and a can-do attitude to our office.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
