Systems Engineer - Cloud

Requirements

▪ Successfully completed training, ideally in the IT sector

▪ Experience in telephony cloud

▪ Good knowledge of SIP, SBC, proxy, Linux and databases

▪ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word

▪ High customer and service orientation

▪ Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable

▪ Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

▪ Willingness to travel

▪ Participation in on-call duty

▪ Class B driving license


Tasks Responsibilities

▪ Administration, support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl)

▪ Configurations of Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases and more

▪ Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions

▪ Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services

▪ Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features

▪ Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job.

▪ Installation, configuration, administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware, Windows and Linux

▪ You will be responsible for processing technical incidents/changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
