Requirements

*Completed IT training or several years of professional IT experience

*Good knowledge of PC hardware, ticket and remote tools network technology

*Confident handling of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

*Good knowledge of German (min. C1 level)

*Strong service orientation and enjoy learning new products/services

Tasks Responsibilities

*Receiving and processing requests from customers with a maintenance contract

*Documentation of all work steps in our ticket system

*Close cooperation with other departments involved

*Testing and documentation of errors and developments
