For one of the biggest names in fleet management, we are looking for Technical Support of Telematic software and hardware.

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently
• Basic computer skills as well as MS Office. Advanced usage of computer software such as Adobe, Data Bases, and CRM. Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently Specific:
• Awareness of GPS/localization technology
• Interest in the automotive industry ( especially trucks) and the ability to characterize fuel consumption influences
• Experience in logistics/supply chain is a strong advantage Missing data in the system (GPS location, driver data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.)
• Incorrect data in the system (GPS location, driver data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.)
