Requirements
Educational Background:
▪ A completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree is required.
Technical Skills:
▪ Java: Basic knowledge and experience in Java programming.
▪ IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT and software development processes.
Language Skills:
▪ Excellent command of the German language (native-level proficiency).
Work Experience:
▪ 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Personality Traits:
▪ Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and writing clear concepts.
▪ Logical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and express ideas precisely.
▪ Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.
Tasks Responsibilities
▪ Requirement Analysis: Translate customer needs into clear and precise requirements for the development team.
▪ Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
▪ Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and specifications.
▪ Quality Assurance: Ensure that all requirements are met and align with the customer’s expectations and project goals.

Hiring Process
1) Chemistry Call: Initial 30-minute interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
2) Expert Call: A 60-minute interview with the technical department to evaluate specific skills and discuss project-related tasks.
