The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Assistant to join our energetic team. This position plays a crucial role in generating leads, enhancing customer relations, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, tasked with informing them about our products and services and assessing their needs to identify opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating telephonic conversations with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Identifying customer needs and assessing their interest in our offerings.
• Scheduling appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding telemarketing performance targets.
• Providing insights to the team on customer feedback and market trends.

Salary Benefits:

• Starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
• Generous commission structure, with OTE £30,000+.
• Company pension scheme.

Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Monday to Thursday between 8-8 and Fridays till 1pm.

Location: We are based in Tattenhall, so we would be looking for people who live within the Chester and Wrexham area.
