B2B Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team at our online casino platform provider based in Malta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing start up online casino brands and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, including start up online casino brands, and serve as the main point of contact for all their needs

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase client satisfaction

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure client needs are met

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics and key account initiatives

• Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products and services to existing clients

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in the online casino industry

• Proven track record of managing start up online casino brands and growing revenue

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of online casino platforms and products is a plus
