We are delighted to announce that Bluebird Care, the premium home care provider in over 220 locations, will be opening a central London office to support our Franchise network and the delivery of the high quality care we offer across the UK.

As the Executive Assistant, managing this new office, you will provide comprehensive and confidential support to the CEO and Executive Team and be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues.

An outstanding communicator, with well honed administration skills, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules, meetings and travel
  • Preparing slide decks for national and international meetings
  • Handling internal and external communication for key stakeholders and partners
  • Organising and managing the CEO’s diary
  • Managing confidential documentation and contracts for suppliers and Franchise Partners
  • To provide high-level administrative support to the Exec Team
  • Assist with project work and network related activities
  • Plan and manage key organisational events
  • Manage the Bluebird Care UK Support Office in London and administration

What we offer:

  • Salary of up to £40,000 (DOE)
  • Full-time role - 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Bonus Scheme (T’s C’s apply)

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Project Data management
  • Event scheduling
  • Travel support inventory management
  • Financial reporting
  • Social media management
  • Digital file management

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and perceptive
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Anticipate individual styles and when to adapt approach
