What you will do
Brite’s product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets hinge primarily on its ability to ensure product-market fit, making the product team a key cornerstone of the overall success of the business. As a key part of the product team, the Product Manager is also vital in defining the culture and ways of working at Brite.
Responsibilities for the Product Manager - Connectivity France include (but are not limited to):
Be the product visionary, using your deep knowledge of the payments industry to define and communicate a clear product strategy.
Own the delivery for the Connectivity team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely product development that aligns with company objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering to build and manage product backlogs, bridging the gap between technical teams and the broader organisation.
Lead the continuous improvement of existing PSD2 integrations, while driving the development of new, cutting-edge integrations.
Dive into customer needs, working with Sales to ensure product roadmaps are aligned with market demands and future growth opportunities.
Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), and be comfortable with team reviews, pre-reads, and transparent communication to foster a high-performing team environment.
Use your knowledge of OKRs and KPIs to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure you’re driving the most impactful business outcomes.
Manage key external relationships, including Brite ambassadors and other critical infrastructure partners.
Oversee KYC sources and strategies, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
Proactively identify new product opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Are you a brite mind?
We want someone who embodies innovation, leadership, and a consumer-first mindset. Here’s what we’re looking for:
3+ years in a leadership role within product development.
B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the French payments industry, particularly PSD2 and Open Banking including hands-on experience.
A track record of leading agile development teams, guiding team reviews, and communicating transparently across stakeholders.
Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs, with the ability to leverage insights to move key business metrics.
Integrity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to inspire and rally a team around your vision.
A genuine passion for building consumer-centric products that make a difference.
Familiarity with PISP and AISP licensing models.
Knowledge of EMI licensing models is a bonus.
Ability to travel e.g. to Stockholm HQ on a regular basis.
