Account Manager

We are currently searching for a Account Manager for one of our clients prominent in the digital SaaS field!

What you'll Do

  • Develop and close business across a set of target accounts by selling our Digital Media products
  • Growing a set of named accounts
  • Presenting and consulting on different contract models and guide our clients through the migration process
  • Follow established sales processes and procedures, including creating and maintaining quarterly sales forecasts and ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene
  • Generate revenue by implementing effective sales strategies
  • Converting customer challenges into new opportunities
  • Collaborate with our partner ecosystem, utilizing an indirect/partner sales approach.

What you need to succeed

  • A proven track record of selling software, with a preference for experience in creative products, document products or SAAS
  • Experience achieving a sales quota of at least (USD)0.5m annually and comfortable with leading (USD)50k+ renewals
  • Experience in growing a set of named accounts
  • Experience with selling through channel partners
  • Experience in a similar /related function (e.g. Inside Sales, Account Management , Renewals)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDICC
  • Fluency in French/Italian and English is essential.
